To prepare a biscuit in a slow cooker, soda water is beaten with a whisk with vegetable oil and added to the flour in equal portions. It is important that the dough is homogeneous and smooth. At the end of the batch, baking powder is added. It allows you to get a magnificent bakery, beautiful color and a good consistency of finished products.
Important. For a good result, in order to avoid biscuit settling, do not open the oven door during baking the dough, and also for 10 minutes after that.
Fruit purees - banana or apple perfectly replace eggs in the preparation of biscuits, charlotte, muffins, cookies, sweet cakes. Using them, you can reduce the amount of sugar without compromising the taste of the product. Peach or plum puree are also suitable as a substitute.
