The more additives and preservatives concentrated in yogurt, the higher its calorie content. Moreover, sugar also affects the product, which is often supplied. Keep in mind that in dietary nutrition, only homemade yogurt made with skim milk should be used.

- If you want to buy yogurt with the greatest benefit, you should give preference to specialized shops that sell only products of animal origin. This kind of composition has a shelf life of no more than 4 days.
- These yogurts are made exclusively from natural milk. They can be given even to small children. It is highly recommended that you consult your pediatrician before giving your child yogurt.
The harm of yogurt

- You will not find natural fruits in the composition of the product, and its taste is achieved thanks to flavorings. Undoubtedly, such substances do not bode well for humans.
- Currently, there are still yogurts that contain pieces of fruit. The downside is that the ingredients of the goodies were subject to harsh processing. Malicious enzymes often cause flatulence.
