Squeeze the juice from the lemon and grind the zest in a blender. Grate the cucumber without peeling or removing the seeds. Brew a camomile of 300 ml. boiling water, insist 40 minutes. Beat eggs, mix them with cucumber porridge and zest. Pour lemon juice and corn oil into the chamomile broth. Cut 2 pieces of gauze 25 * 20 cm in size. Dip in a decoction and squeeze out the water so that it does not drain. On one side, lay a mixture of eggs, cucumber and zest, gently lay natural yogurt on top and cover with a second piece. Go to bed, place the compress on the area of the second chin, wait 1.5 hours. Turn the composition over every 15 minutes.
Rice-based compress
- round-grain rice - 120 gr.
- butter - 50 gr.
- green apple - 1 pc.
- peach - 1 pc.
Cook rice to leave a decoction. Strain the liquid by placing it in another container. Add the butter to the rice and mix well to make it melt. Grate the apple with the peel, chop the peach in a blender. Cut 2 pieces of gauze 40 * 50 each, then fold them in half and moisten in rice broth. Squeeze, first place an apple and a peach, the second - rice in oil. Cover with a piece of gauze on top, put on the chin. Wait 2 hours, turning the compress over once every 30 minutes.
Clay compress

Pour all types of clay and gelatin into one container, mix the dry composition and fill it with 300 ml. boiling water. Wait 20 minutes. Keep the mixture for about 1 hour.
- honey - 150 gr.
- potato starch - 40 gr.
- kefir - 50 ml.
- persimmon - 1 pc.

- sage - 35 gr.
Pour the starch with kefir, insist 40 minutes, then mix with honey. Grind persimmons in a convenient way together with the peel, pour in vitamins to it. Brew sage 100 ml. hot water, wait half an hour. After time, soak one large piece of gauze in a decoction and squeeze. Put starch, honey and kefir in the first layer, persimmon with vitamins in the second. Wrap well so that components do not spill out. Linseed bran compress
- coarse oat flakes - 60 gr.
- flax bran - 120 gr.
- vegetable oil - 70 ml.

Brew oatmeal and flax bran 250 ml. hot water, pour in oil and wait until the swelling is complete. Grate the whole lemon, mix it with sour cream. Green compress
- fresh dill - 100 gr.
- fresh parsley - 30 gr.
- rye flour - 80 gr.

- olive oil - 125 ml.
Beat the egg with a whisk or mixer to make the mixture rise three times. Add flour, mix again. Grind greens, pour in oil and combine with other components. Put the mixture on cheesecloth, wrap it well, put on the second chin. Rest for 1-1.5 hours.
Vegetable compress
- fresh potatoes - 1 tuber
- cucumber - 1 pc.
- zucchini - 0.5 pcs.
- carrots - 1 pc. small size
- black bread with caraway seeds - 2 slices
- rice flour - 100 gr.
Grind vegetables in a convenient way (grater, combine, blender), add rice flour and mix thoroughly so that there are no large lumps. Pour bread with hot water, let it soak, then squeeze, tear into small pieces and add to the vegetables. Put the composition on cheesecloth and place the compress on the chin, wait 1.5 hours.
