Therefore, the problem should be solved in a complex, choosing the most effective way for you. And when possible, do it immediately after a smoked cigarette, until the tobacco smoke has soaked you and other people present. Such a simple precaution will slightly soften the sharpness of the smell from the oral cavity.
And if you try to limit the number of breaks, then breathing will become easier and better. Take on a few simple rules:
- plan your daily intake, take a certain amount of cigarettes;
- abstain from smoking on the eve of social events;
- lighting once again, think about your family budget.
Constant attention to bad breath can prevent many different diseases, including diseases of the teeth and gums.
