  2. Between sessions, it will be good to use creams with vitamins A and E: they fix the shade, preventing it from “peeling off” too quickly (the tan obtained in the solarium peels off faster than natural).
  3. Eat orange foods - carrots, pumpkins, persimmons, and orange - they contain beta-carotene, which maintains your skin tone.
  4. Use a vertical tanning bed, instead of the usual horizontal. Lamps in the first emit more α rays, due to which the tan lies faster and smoother. A session under such radiation should not last longer than ten minutes. And for hygiene reasons, visiting a vertical tanning bed is much more pleasant.
