Cover, put a thick towel on the container and let stand for half an hour. After that, dip cosmetic swabs and put them on your eyes. Wait 20-30 minutes.
- Contrast lotions. Prepare an infusion of medicinal plants: pour 180 ml. boiling water 35 gr. chamomile flowers and 45 gr. oak bark, insist 3.5 hours. Strain the infusion, divide it into 2 equal parts. Place the first in the refrigerator, and heat the second in the microwave to a warm temperature. When both compounds are ready, take a few cotton pads, one moisten in a warm infusion and attach to the area around the eyes, wait 3 minutes. Dip the second into a cold infusion, place on eyes, leave for 1.5 minutes. Repeat the previous manipulations 7-10 times in the evenings.
