Black dots on the face or as they are also called “calendons” are formed due to increased production of subcutaneous fat. Dust sticks to the skin and clogs the pores, and the dead particles of the epidermis do not allow cleansing properly. It is for these reasons that the advertised tonics are not able to remove impurities. You can get rid of calendons only by an integrated approach, which includes steaming the skin and exfoliating keratinized particles along with the removal of plugs from the ducts of the sebaceous glands.
Step 1. Steaming the skin
You will not be able to get rid of pollution if you do not open the pores first. To this end, baths and hot compresses are used.
Before starting the procedure, consider people who are contraindicated in steam treatment of the face.
- At risk are women with hormonal imbalance, painful menstruation and general PMS.
- Steaming is not recommended for people with asthma, unstable blood pressure, cardiac muscle arrhythmias and those whose capillaries are located close to the surface (pronounced vascular network).
- Girls with impaired endocrine system, in particular, obvious skin diseases and redness, should find alternative methods for opening pores. The same applies to ladies with sensitive skin.
Compresses
Compresses not only do a great job of opening the pores, they also fight against dehydration of the skin, promote accelerated cell regeneration, and exfoliate dead skin particles of the epidermis.
Training. Half an hour before the procedure, cleanse the skin of the face, removing all the cosmetics from it. Wash with gel and treat your face with a caring lotion.
Cooking. The basis of the compress is an infusion of medicinal plants. Brew 55 gr. herbs in 450 ml. boiling water and put in a dark place for 1.5 hours. After this, the mixture must be filtered.

Prepare a place next to the sofa, where you can put a pan with warm infusion, you must always maintain the temperature. After that, take a lying position and leave the compress on your face for a quarter of an hour. When it starts to cool, moisten in a decoction and re-apply to the skin.
Steam baths
Baths are no worse than compresses to cope with the task. They are easier to use due to the fact that you do not need to constantly warm up the composition and bother with cutting holes for the eyes and lips.
Training. Wash with foam or baby soap, grease your face with greasy cream. It is important to understand that steam dries the skin like ultraviolet rays or chemicals. Do not mistakenly assume that the air is humid. If you have sensitive skin, open the pores with this method no more than once every 14 days. Owners of oily skin should increase the number of procedures up to two times in 12 days. Ladies with normal and combined epidermis will do one procedure in 10 days.
Cooking. After the selected combination of herbs, fill them with 1.2 liters of boiling water and simmer on the stove for about an hour.Turn off, cover and leave in a dark cabinet for 35 minutes. When the mixture is infused, heat it and proceed with use.

Application. Gather the hair back and fix it with a tight bandage. You can wear a hoop or scarf, the main thing is that the strands do not fall on your face. Take a stool, put a pot of infusion on it, and sit down on a nearby chair. It is convenient to carry out the procedure in such a way that the hot broth is 35 cm from the face.
Now fold the sheet several times and cover it with your head, an ordinary cotton towel is suitable for these purposes. Close the front of the pan and its sides, creating a steam effect. Carefully open the lid, putting your face away, check the temperature of the steam. To determine exactly whether or not to start the procedure, sweep your wrist over the pan. If everything is in order and does not bake anything, tilt your face above the container.
You have the right to adjust the distance yourself, you do not need to forcefully sit above the steam if you are hot. For normal and combination skin, 8 minutes is enough to fully open the pores, for dry 5-6 minutes is enough, and owners of oily skin will have to sit for about 10 minutes.
After the procedure is complete, prepare an acidified solution. Add 35 gr. cider vinegar in 180 ml. cold water, stir and wipe the skin with a cotton pad.
