Aromatic lamps can rightfully be considered a universal method of therapy. They are used to give the room an unobtrusive light atmosphere and comfort, which allows to achieve normalization of the psycho-emotional state. The principle of the aroma lamp

- In the cold season, use a fragrant composition for the prevention of diseases. A great example of an effective mixture would be a combination of tea tree esters, eucalyptus, lemon / grapefruit. It is also worth taking a look at the option of esters of sandalwood, bergamot, mandarin and geranium.
- To improve the emotional state during the working day, it is worth buying essential oils of rosemary tree and lemon. The option is suitable both for office premises and for an office in an apartment / house.
- To create a relaxed atmosphere with a touch of romance in the bedroom, add melissa, neroli, lavender, ylang-ylang, yarrow esters to the lamp.
- For rooms with a large crowd of people (living room, reception), a combination of essential oils of lemongrass, ginseng, birch bark, rose, orange and petitgrain is suitable.
- If you want to calm the child before bedtime or create a fabulous atmosphere in the children's room, give preference to esters of cinnamon and citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon, orange, mandarin).
- If the room smells musty, there is a smell of tobacco smoke or pets, use a composition of esters of rosemary, lemongrass, mint / lemon balm, citronella.
- A great help to intimacy will be a mixture of ginger, rose, ylang-ylang, oak and willow bark essential oils. If desired, you can replace the ylang-ylang and oak bark with lemongrass and limet.
The technology of using aroma lamps
- Ventilate the room for half an hour before the procedure, to get rid of odors that impede perception.After that, close the windows, windows and doors so that the aroma from the aroma lamp does not disappear into "nowhere."
- When you choose a place to install the lamp, do not place it on surfaces that could easily ignite (plastic, polystyrene, oilcloth, tablecloth, etc.). Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.
- Wash the vessel under running water, turn the neck down to allow unfiltered glass liquid. Type 350-400 ml into a container. pure water.
- Choose a blend of aromatic oils or use only one component. Add ether to water at the rate of 2 drops of the composition per 100 ml. liquids.

- Carefully monitor the addition of ethers, their amount should not exceed the norm. Otherwise, you run the risk of getting instead of vivacity and positive a depressed state mixed with a hint of irritability. Physical endurance and mental activity will also significantly deteriorate. Everything should be in moderation.
- For liquids, add only warm, filtered or bottled water. Otherwise, during heating, the vessel may burst due to a sharp temperature difference.
- Keep the lamp in sight to prevent too much evaporation. When you notice that there is less water, add more liquids, the device should not work in this condition.
- If sneaky pets live in your house, watch them throughout the entire session or don't let your pets go to the room where the therapy is carried out. There are times when a cat or a ferret drop an aroma lamp, provoking danger. The same applies to children, the device should be out of their reach.
- After each procedure, rinse the aroma lamp with soapy water, and then rinse with a mixture of vinegar and water (50 ml of an acetic solution of 3-6% is necessary for 1 liter of liquid). Such a move will help to avoid further mixing of the components.
- In the absence of an allergic reaction to the components of essential oils, you will cope with a number of problems, such as chronic fatigue and insomnia, general malaise, the development of influenza and SARS. In addition, aromatherapy helps to tidy up memory, mental and physical activity, and psychological state. Very often, the device is used in the fight against prolonged depression, stress, fainting.
