However, the rapidly growing demand for such flooring, which, by the way, is suitable for walls, is not inexplicable. 1. Easy to install. The material has a self-adhesive base, which allows you to cope with the work much faster. In addition, there is no need to cover the joints between the tiles and wait for them to dry. PVC floor will be immediately suitable for use.

Preparatory work
Starting a repair, you should start everything from the very beginning. In this case, thoroughly prepare the main floor surface. First of all, the old coating should be completely dismantled. If you ignore this step and immediately begin to install the PVC tile, unpleasant consequences in the form of improperly installed parts or their inconsistencies are possible.

After that, follow the steps below:

• The surface is thoroughly cleaned;
• Cracks are sealed with a special solution;
• The rough coating is primed.

Next, the floor should be leveled. To do this, you can lay sheets of plywood or drywall. However, the best option is to lay a concrete screed. However, do not forget that using the third method, you should stock up on a large amount of primer, since it will be needed again when the finished screed is dry.

Upon completion of work, an already perfectly flat surface should be re-cleaned. The use of chemicals is not recommended.

The base is ready, but you need to prepare and PVC tiles. It should be maintained during the day in a straightened form at room temperature.

• Level;

• Square and sharp knife for cutting.

Markup
When all the tools are at hand, I already want to start installing the plates. However, you will have to calm down a bit and remember drawing lessons for a while. As you already understood, for starters, you should markup.

First you need to determine the center of the room. This can be done without difficulty with the help of tape measure and thread. A right angle of 90º should be drawn from the center point. It is along these two lines that further styling begins.

Also, marking can help if the tile has an ornament with various inserts. The place of their installation is better to note in advance.

Stacking
Finally, we got to the final and most important stage - laying PVC tiles. So, as mentioned earlier, you should start with the sticker exactly on the marked lines in the center of the room.

The glue is applied immediately to several boards (approximately 5 square meters) and is evenly distributed with a notched trowel. Optimum glue consumption per 1 sq.m. should be 300-400 g. Do not forget that the tiles in the package (every 4 pieces) are repeated, so watch this and do not mix them.

Tiles need to be laid end-to-end, without cracks. After gluing, you need to roll the surface with a roller, and wipe the adhesive that has come out with a sponge. After 30 minutes, the roller manipulation must be repeated.

Before cutting the material, make markings on the front side. PVC tile is cut quite easily.

At the end of the work, we check everything for defects. If all is well, we praise ourselves and leave the room untouched for a day. After that, it can be washed. Furniture can be put in 48 hours after the end of work.
