- Wash the cranberries if they are fresh. Leave on a colander to drain water. Rinse the frozen fruits under the tap, soak for half an hour to thaw.
- Grate the ginger root or chop it in a blender, add to the pan with sugar. Pour the washed berries here. Put the mixture on the fire again, bring to the first bubbles.
- As soon as the composition boils, turn off the stove, cover the container with a lid. Cool for 2 hours, filter through cheesecloth. Pour into a jug, put in storage in the refrigerator.
Frozen Cranberries

- Throw the frozen fruits into a colander, rinse with cold water from the tap. Leave the sieve at room temperature, the berries should melt completely.
- When this happens, make mashed cranberries. You can use a table potato pestle, a blender or a juicer.
- Cut a piece of gauze, fold it four times. Line a colander with a cloth, send mashed potatoes inside. Squeeze the juice and leave the cake in a gauze bag.
- Now separate the juice and the remnants of the dry peel. Put the second component in a pan, add water and bring the mass to a boil. Sweeten to taste, wait for the sugar grains to dissolve.
- Strain the mixture from the pan, mix with previously squeezed cranberry juice. Heat to a temperature of 45-50 degrees, turn off and cool. Pour into a jug with a lid.
Cranberry and blueberry juice
- drinking water - 1.6 l.
- cranberry berries - 325-350 gr.
- granulated sugar - 220 gr.
- blueberries - 350 gr.
- Wash the cranberries and blueberries, transfer the berries to a sieve and leave for 10 minutes to drain the water. Mix the fruits with granulated sugar, transfer to a blender bowl. Grind into porridge, then pour in water, bring the mass to homogeneity.
- Beat the contents for about 3 minutes, then pass the composition through a sieve or gauze. If the fruit drink is very viscous, dilute it with water to the desired consistency.
- Taste the product, add sugar if necessary. Stir until the crystals dissolve, strain again. Pour the drink into the jug, send it to the cold.
Cranberry juice with wild rose
- rosehip fresh or dried - 120 gr.
- frozen cranberries - 570 gr.

- Remove the fruit from the package, rinse with ice water, put in a bowl. Leave for half an hour until completely thawed. Now mash the fruits with a pestle to a pulp state. You can use a juicer or a blender.
- Prepare the cheesecloth by combining it in 3 layers. Put the mashed potatoes in a cloth, separate the juice from the cake. The pulp is moved to the pan, add drinking water. Pour granulated sugar and washed rosehips.
- Put the contents on medium heat, wait for it to boil. When this happens, reduce the burner to a minimum, cook another 10 minutes. Now pour in the cranberry juice, mix.
- Remove the dishes from the fire, cover with a lid, leave for 4 hours to insist. Filter the contents, leaving only the fruit drink. Pour the cooled drink into a jug, enjoy.
Cranberry juice with honey
- honey - 110 gr.
- cranberries - 420 gr.

- Lay 3 layers of gauze in a colander or use a fine sieve. Wipe the berries in a separate bowl.Now squeeze the juice, move the flesh into the pan, pour water.
- Send the composition to the fire, add honey, wait for boiling. Stir fluid. Approximately 7 minutes after boiling, pour in the squeezed juice.
- Strain the mixture through cheesecloth, discard the cake. Cool the finished juice, pour it into a jug or jar. Cover the drink with a lid, refrigerate.
Cranberry Mint
- granulated sugar or honey - 145 g.
- ripe cranberry berries - 550 gr.
- fresh lemon balm - 10-15 gr.

- Go through the berries, rinse them under the tap, let the moisture drain. Now mash the fruits into porridge with a pestle or blender. Using gauze, separate the pulp from the juice.
- Pour cake with water, add sugar / honey. Put the heat-resistant container on the stove, bring to a boil. Strain until the granules dissolve.
- Rinse the sprigs of mint, mash in a mortar, add to a hot broth. Pour cranberry juice here, cover the fruit drink with a lid. After half an hour, filter the contents.
- Throw the cake, pour the fruit drink into a storage container. Put in the refrigerator, leave for 5 hours. After this period, you can start tasting fruit drinks.
Cranberry lemon juice
- filtered water - 1.2 l.
- cranberry berries - 830-850 gr.
- lemon zest - 100 gr.
- lemon juice - 80 ml.
- granulated sugar (brown is better) - 160 gr.
- Sort the cranberry fruits, rinse them under the tap. Wash the lemon, remove the zest from it. Grate the citrus peel on a grater, combine with cranberries and grind into porridge with a blender.
- Now squeeze the juice from the lemon pulp, send to the cranberries with zest. Pour granulated sugar here. Boil drinking water, fill it with a mixture.
- Put all the ingredients in the pan, put the contents on fire. Stew for 10 minutes after boiling, then turn off the burner. Seal the dishes tightly with a lid, let cool.
- Strain the mixture, transfer to the jug. Remove in the cold for insisting, after about 10-12 hours, you can start tasting the fruit drink from cranberries and lemon.
Cranberries and viburnum fruit drinks
- vanilla sugar - 25 gr.
- cranberry berries - 540 gr.
- ripe viburnum - 180 gr.
- granulated sugar - 380 gr.
- purified water - 1.75 l.
- Take 200 gr. granulated sugar, mix with washed and dried cranberries. Stir the contents with a spoon, fold onto a sieve. Pass the juice into a separate bowl, set aside the pulp, it will be needed later.
- 180 gr. combine sugar with cranberry juice, put in the cold. Proceed to the preparation of viburnum. Go through it, separate from the branches and rinse. Mix with vanilla, transfer to pan, pour water.
- Put the dishes on the stove, boil the mixture for 10 minutes. After this time, add the real cranberry juice and berry cake, mix.
- Cook the composition for another quarter hour. Then turn off the burner, pass the broth through 5 layers of gauze. Discard the pulp, cool the fruit drink and pour into the carafe.
It is easy to make fruit juice from frozen fruits, if you adhere to the technology. You can combine cranberries with other berries (blueberries, lingonberries, currants, viburnum, lemongrass, etc.) to get a new taste. Also, lemon balm, lemon juice or zest, ground cinnamon is often added to the drink.
