  1. Remove the butter, leave it under natural conditions for 1 hour. After that, cut the composition in portions, pour sugar and vanilla, rub with a fork.
  2. Break to the mass of eggs, knead the composition with a whisk, at the same time add baking powder, dried apricots, raisins and hazelnuts, chopped cereal. Optionally, raisins can be soaked in rum for a quarter of an hour.
  3. Start pouring pre-sifted flour into the previous mass in batches. Knead the dough, place in a bowl and cover with a towel / cling film. Let it brew for about 1 hour so that the oatmeal swells.
  4. Line the baking sheet with foil, treat the surface with oil. Make dough cakes. Put cookies at a distance of 5-7 cm from each other. Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees, bake cookies for 20 minutes. After the expiration, cool it, raise it with a knife and place on a dish.

  1. Mix the two types of sugar, grind it with pre-softened butter. Add the eggs, beat the mass with a mixer and set aside.
  2. In a second bowl, mix sifted flour, cinnamon, salt, cloves, vanilla. Start pouring the composition into the creamy mass, bring the composition to uniformity.
  3. Pour baking powder, add raisins and finely ground flakes. Knead a homogeneous dough, line the baking sheet with foil or landscape sheets greased with sunflower oil.

  • butter - 65 gr.
  • cottage cheese (fat content from 15%) - 265 gr.
  • vanillin - 14 gr.
  • sour cream - 35 gr.
  • sugar - 130 gr.

  • small oatmeal - 350 gr.
  1. Remove the oil and leave it at room temperature to soften. Wipe fat cottage cheese (preferably homemade) through a sieve, mix it with butter, vanilla and regular sugar.
  2. Stir the mixture until smooth as possible. Add chicken eggs, sour cream, oatmeal crushed in a coffee grinder.
  3. When the dough becomes homogeneous, mold the cakes out of it. Line a baking sheet with baking paper or grease with oil (vegetable or creamy).
  4. Put a thin layer of sour cream on the caps of the future cookies, send it to bake for a quarter of an hour at 210 degrees. After time, cool, pry with a knife and transfer to a food container.

Cookies with jam

  • butter - 175 gr.
  • flour - 360 gr.
  • jam (strawberry or raspberry) - 175 gr.
  • coconut flakes - 180 gr.

  • baking powder - 15 gr.

  1. Beat eggs with sugar, add kefir (can be replaced with water or milk). Heat the oil in a steam bath for 3 minutes. Mix the components together. Pour the melted honey, begin to gradually introduce the flakes. If necessary, grind them in a coffee grinder, blender or meat grinder.
  2. Sift the flour, mix it with a baking powder (you can replace with soda, slaked vinegar). Enter the composition in batches, constantly mixing the dough. Make sure that no lumps form, if necessary, knead them with a fork on the edges of the dishes.
  3. You will end up with a thick batter. Roll it with a sausage, cut into thin slices, roll each of them into a ball. Take a little with your hands to make a 1 cm thick cake.
  4. Place the parchment on a baking sheet, place the cakes on the surface, bake for 20 minutes at 185 degrees. At the end of the time, remove the cookies and cool them, pry them with a spatula and move them to a container that closes.

Walnut Oatmeal Cookies

  • chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • granulated sugar or honey - 90 gr.
  • vanillin (can be replaced with cinnamon) - 5 gr.
  • butter - 115 gr.
  • bread crumbs - 30 gr.
  • walnut - 50 gr.
  • finely ground oat flakes - 165 gr.
  1. Prepare the pan, add the finely ground flakes into it, fry over low heat for about 5 minutes. Next, grind them into powder with a blender or coffee grinder. Do the same with walnuts, combine the two compounds with each other.
  2. Beat the cooled protein with a mixer, combine with the previous mass. Pound the yolk with melted butter, add to the first composition, add the breadcrumbs and bring the mass to homogeneity (as much as possible).
  3. Line a baking sheet with landscape leaves soaked in vegetable oil. Put dough cakes at a distance of 7 cm. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, bake cookies for about a quarter of an hour.
  4. After cooking, leave the product in the oven for another 10 minutes. Then pry with a knife and send to a food container. Store in a kitchen cabinet for no longer than 5 days.
