There are serious disputes about the benefits of melt water. We drink water every day, this is an indispensable part of human life. Is it possible to improve the quality of water in order to get the maximum of useful substances from it? What is the use of melt water and how to prepare a healing elixir of health, let's try to figure it out.
The benefits of melt water
Any water consists of three parts - deuterium (dead), protium (living) and impurities. Deuterium water is heavy water in which hydrogen is displaced by deuterium. There is no use in such water. Deuterium water freezes at a temperature of about +4 degrees. This means that in the settled water during slow cooling, deuterium first freezes. Protein (pure) water is living purified water, which we need for normal life. Fresh water freezes at 0 degrees.
The third component of water is various impurities, compounds of substances, organic components. Depending on the purity of the water, impurities make up 0.05-2% of the total liquid mass. Impurities freeze at a temperature of -7 degrees, which allows them to be separated from the total mass.
As you understand, pure water without deuterium and impurities is our goal. This is why we freeze and thaw a liquid. But what is the use of protium (melt) water?
- Melt water prevents the aging process, allowing you to stay youthful and healthy.
- Regular drinking of melt water improves well-being, increases working capacity and stress resistance. An improvement in brain activity and memory was also noted.
- Meltwater helps to renew blood and lower cholesterol.
- Drinking meltwater can accelerate the metabolism, that is, improve the metabolism.
- A glass of meltwater in the evening provides a calm, healthy and full sleep.
- Frequent drinking of melt water cleanses the intestines, improves digestion, eliminates food allergies and strengthens the immune system.
- Drinking melt water continuously reduces the risk of heart disease.
An excellent example of the benefits of meltwater is the Hunza tribe, which lives in the foothills of Pakistan. The population of the tribe totals more than fifty people who drink glacier melt water all their lives. Scientists studying this tribe noted that people's health is at a very high level. Few members of the tribe suffered from serious diseases, and women, even at an advanced age, were beautiful and slender. None of the tribe suffered from obesity and chronic diseases. Most of the elderly overcame a life threshold of 120 years.
To get closer to the health of the residents of Hunza, you need to drink melt water at least sometimes. Here is the recipe for its preparation.
How to cook melt water
- Tap water contains a large amount of chlorine. To get rid of it, you need to pass water through the filter. If you do not have a filter, you just need to let the water stand for several hours. When the water stands, chlorine will rise to the surface and part of it will evaporate. Drain the top layer of water and use the remaining water. The liquid from the very bottom of the tank should also not be used - it accumulates small debris that has fallen into the water supply.
- Then the water needs to be disinfected. To do this, it needs to be heated, but not boiled. Everyone knows that living water contains minerals and vitamins necessary for the body. However, when boiling, all useful elements die. Therefore, you need to put water on the fire and carefully monitor it. When the water begins to boil, it will turn whitish. This is a preliminary boiling point. At this stage, all microbes and bacteria die, and useful elements are still alive. We bring the water to this state and remove the container from the fire.
- After that, allow clean water to cool to room temperature so as not to put the container hot in the refrigerator.
- Pour water into a convenient dish (better enameled) and put in the freezer. Please note that you should not fill the container to the eyeballs. Everyone knows that when freezing, water increases in size. Therefore, she can simply tear glassware filled to the brim.
- After a few hours, the water begins to freeze. As you remember, deuterium freezes first, already at +3 degrees. Until the water has completely frozen, the first ice should be removed. To do this, make a hole in the frozen mold, pour clean water out of it and throw out the first ice that is frozen. Everything. We cleaned the water of deuterium.
- After that, return deuterium-free water back to the freezer. Fresh water freezes first at the edges, displacing harmful impurities in the middle. After the water freezes completely, you may notice that at the edges the ice is clean and transparent, and inside it is white and cloudy. These are impurities that should also be removed. There are two ways to do this. The first is just to chop off the muddy area with clean tools. The second way - pour hot water on impurities and they will quickly melt.
- Put the remaining clean ice in a bowl and let it melt. After that, you can enjoy purified and healthy melt water. Using such water for tea or coffee is not recommended - when boiling, it loses all its beneficial properties.
When preparing melt water, pay attention to the fact that the power of the freezer should not be at its maximum. Water should freeze slowly so that it has time to stand. With rapid freezing, deuterium does not have time to collect at the edges.
It is better to drink melt water immediately after thawing. Of particular benefit is a glass of melt water drunk in the morning on an empty stomach. Melt water is not a medicine, so there are no contraindications to its use.
The modern world of genetically modified foods does not leave us fresh food without dyes, pesticides, flavors and preservatives. Water is almost the only natural product that has remained with modern man. Purify water at home and restore the body in a natural way. Be healthy!
