Pink jam is very popular among Russians. Thanks to the beneficial substances contained in the treat, you can cure most ailments. Treats are often used as a filler in confectionery products and are used with tea.
The classic recipe for pink jam
- rose petals (optional) - 320 gr.
- filtered water - 1.4 l.
- sugar - 635 gr.
- Remove the petals from the rosebuds, cut off the white edge and possible dry elements. Rinse the product, dry with a waffle towel.
- Take a metal bowl, grind the rose petals and 100 g. granulated sugar. Pour the resulting sweet liquid into a small container.
- Boil water in a separate saucepan, pour the remaining sugar. Boil the composition for 2-3 minutes. Remove the container from the stove, cool the contents in vivo.
- Send the petals to a separate heat-resistant container, fill them with ready-made syrup. Turn on the stove to maximum, wait until it boils. Next, the burner should be reduced to a minimum.
- Cook the treat for 5-7 minutes. Constantly mix the contents, remove the resulting foam. After a while, pour in fresh pink juice.
- Mix the ingredients again, simmer the product on a minimum heat of about 15-20 minutes, the composition should slightly thicken. After that, the jam rolls in the usual way.
Rose petal jam with honey and nuts
- flower honey - 95 ml.
- tea rose (petals) - 175 gr.
- nuts (assorted) - 65 gr.
- hot water - 200 ml.
- If necessary, peel the nuts and transfer to a coffee grinder. Grind the product into crumbs. Prepare the rose petals, sort and rinse. Then wipe and remove moisture.
- Put the stewpan on the stove, pour in the rose petals, pour in hot water. Boil the product for at least 20-25 minutes. Remove the pan with the contents to the side, leave to insist for 20-22 hours.
- After the specified time, mix the honey with viscous honey. Re-send the pink product to the hotplate, cook until smooth syrup.
- 3-4 minutes before cooking, add chopped assorted nuts. Pour into glass containers, roll up. Store in a suitable place.
Pink jam with strawberries
- rose petals (fragrant) - 170 gr.
- granulated sugar - 420 gr.
- purified water - 260 ml.
- ripe strawberries - 110 gr.
- citric acid - 7 gr.
- When buying strawberries, try to choose small, fragrant berries. Remove the sepals, rinse the fruits in a colander with running water. Wait for the strawberries to dry, move it to a saucepan with an enamel coating.
- Add 150 gr to berries. sugar, mix the ingredients thoroughly. Leave the contents of the pan for 6-8 hours. In the allotted time, strawberry juice will stand out and sugar will dissolve. The result is a sweet syrup.
- In the free time period, sterilize the cans and metal lids according to the classical technology. Process rose petals, get rid of withered and dried specimens. Rinse the product, then allow excess moisture to drain.
- Place the rose petals in a small plate. Sprinkle 4 g. citric acid. Grind the components, leave for 15-20 minutes. Use a clean metal pan, pour in drinking water and the remaining sugar.
- Boil the composition over medium heat until the particles dissolve. As a result, you will get sweet syrup.Set the contents aside, add the remaining citric acid, and mix the hot mass thoroughly.
- Put rose petals and sugar-soaked berries in the last composition. Send the products to the stove, cook the mixture 7 minutes after the first bubbles appear. After the expiration date, remove the components to the side until they cool completely.

Pink jam without heat treatment

Pink jam with tangerines in a slow cooker
- water - 275 ml.
- icing sugar - 465 gr.
- large tangerines - 3 pcs.

- Rinse the pink petals, cut off the white part and possible flaccid or dry edges. Remove the peel from the tangerines, remove the seeds if necessary.
- Add prepared foods and filtered water to the food processor. Recycle components to a homogeneous mass. Send the mixture to the multi-bowl.
- Set the “Cooking” program on the multicooker, set the languishing duration to be about 15-20 minutes. Handle with the cover open.

- Next, start cooking the syrup. Pour water into the stewpan, pour in the remaining sand. Wait for the food to boil, reduce the heat, simmer for 20 minutes.
- Do not forget to mix the composition. Once the petals are infused, add them along with the juice to the saucepan with hot syrup.
- Cook the treat for about half an hour. Roll up refreshments in containers that have undergone heat treatment. After cooling, store pink jam in the cold.
Rose petal jam with lemon juice
- tea rose (petals) - 125 gr.
- lemon fresh - 65 ml.
- purified water - 245 ml.
- granulated sugar - 975 gr.
- If necessary, rinse the petals with running water, dry on a waffle towel. Send the pan to the fire, pour in water and mix sand. Wait for boiling, immerse the pink petals.
- Wait until bubbles appear again, turn off the stove, leave the product overnight. After a while, boil the composition again, if necessary, remove the formed coating.
- Stew the sweet mass over medium heat for 25–35 minutes. Mix the components systematically. As soon as the liquid reaches a thick consistency, lemon fresh should be poured.
- Boil the treat for a few minutes, roll it up using classic technology. Store in a room with a temperature below room temperature.
Jam of rose petals and orange
