Classic Carrot Jam
- young carrots - 950 gr.
- purified water - 400 ml.

Carrot and Geranium Jam
- tartaric acid - 12 ml.

- Use a suitable pan with enamel coating, put carrots and apples in it, pour sugar. Stir the food vigorously.
- Leave the container with the contents for 3-4 hours. In the allotted time, the extracted juice will completely dissolve the sand. Rinse the lemon in parallel, chop into cubes.
- Pass the citrus through the blender along with the zest. At the end of the period, add the gruel to the main mixture. Mix the ingredients well again. Set the pan on the stove.

Carrot jam with spices and oranges

- ginger root - 85 gr.
- oranges - 2 pcs.

- Peel the carrots in the usual way, grind in a blender. Wash citruses, remove the zest, grate. Remove the white layer from the lemon and oranges, finely chop. Peel the fresh ginger root and pass through a blender.

- Pour ground cinnamon 10-15 minutes before the end of the operation. Stir components, cover. Sterilize the jars, pour the hot mass into them. Roll up, after cooling, clean in a dark room.
