  1. For cooking, you need one garlic head and about 500-530 ml. any vegetable oil (it is preferable to take olive obtained by the cold cycle).

  4. After the allotted time, the oil must be filtered through several layers of gauze. Such a product should be kept in the refrigerator for no longer than 30 days.

Roasted garlic oil

  1. For this technology, you need a pinch of thyme, a head of garlic, black pepper on the tip of a knife, and cold olive olive oil in an amount of 480-500 ml.
  2. To make the composition, take fireproof dishes with a lid that is suitable for cooking in the oven. Rinse the garlic head, separate with cloves, cut into a couple of parts and put in a bowl.
  3. Add pepper or ground pepper to this. Enter thyme and pour in the oil. Cover the container, warm the oven to 145-160 degrees, send the dishes inside and note the time.
