All kinds of meat rolls, hot dogs and, of course, everyone's favorite cheeseburgers come to the rescue. Snacks of this kind are especially popular among children and adolescents. As a result, many housewives prefer to cook the product on their own, thereby saving money earned. The basis of the cheeseburger is a meat cutlet, tomatoes and cheese. Additional components include leaf lettuce, sauce, onions.

Ingredients:

  • chicken egg - 2 pcs.
  • wheat flour - 570 gr.
  • butter - 60 gr.
  • baker's yeast - 20 gr.
  • fat milk (from 3.2%) - 380 ml.
  • salt - 20 gr.
  • sesame seeds white or black and white - 20 gr.
  • granulated sugar / icing - 80 gr.
  1. Yeast dough is used to make cheeseburger buns, so the first thing to do is prepare the dough. Combine 300 ml in one mixture. milk with 450 gr. sifted flour, knead until smooth, add yeast. Make sure to warm the milk before mixing, otherwise the yeast will not begin to ferment. After kneading, leave the mixture at room temperature, covering with a towel. Soak 1 hour, for this period the sponge will rise.
  2. When the indicated period comes to an end, add the remnants of sifted flour to the dough, add salt and granulated sugar. Melt the butter under natural conditions, add the egg yolk, knead until smooth with a fork or whisk. Add to the dough, mash the composition to full elasticity. Cover with a thick cloth, leave for another 2 hours, until the mixture is doubled.
  3. When the dough approaches the desired consistency, do not knead it. Gently chop the composition into 12 sections, dipping the knife in steep boiling water. Cover the resulting pieces with a towel and leave for half an hour. After that, you can proceed to the formation of buns. Mash each piece separately, give the surface of the rolls a rounded shape, and fold the edges down.
  4. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil or place parchment paper. Put the buns at a certain distance from each other, push on the surface, giving the desired plane. Leave the dough again for 1.5-2 hours. Turn on the oven, removing the pan from the cavity. Preheat the appliance to 200 degrees, adjust the temperature so that it does not “jump”.
  5. Mix the rest of the milk with chicken yolk, beat with a mixer, let the foam settle. Lubricate the surface of each roll with a brush or sponge to get a golden brown. Sprinkle with white sesame seeds, send the dough to bake for a third of an hour. At the end of the period, immediately remove the rolls, otherwise they will dry out. Prepare a cheeseburger from them after cooling completely.
  6. Many housewives prefer to cook cheeseburger buns, and then send them to freeze. The cooking process “for future use” will allow you to make a cheeseburger at any convenient time. It is enough to remove the product from the freezer and leave it at room temperature for 3 hours. For those who do not want to bother with cooking, you can buy donuts with sesame seeds or garlic (the first option is preferable).

  1. A cheeseburger is a two-phase sandwich (sandwich), in which the filling is wrapped in a round bun. In addition to the bread base, the cheeseburger includes other ingredients. These include tomato, onion, pickled cucumber, cream cheese, meat cutlet (preferably pork and beef), sauce.
  2. After cooking or buying buns, you can start frying cutlets. According to the traditional recipe, it is prepared from beef, but some housewives prefer to make a cutlet of pork, chicken, rabbit and even lamb. It all depends on personal preferences, the use of minced meat is allowed.
  3. The main feature of meat cutlets is the fact that the finished product must have a flat (chopped) structure. Sharpen the knife in advance, start cooking. Pass the meat through a meat grinder, turning it into minced meat. Add salt and spices to taste, do not overdo it.
  4. For cheeseburger patties, onions and softened bread are not used. Fashion the cutlet so that its diameter is 0.5 cm larger than the size of the bun. The cutlet is allowed to be deep-fried or in a non-stick pan with a lot of vegetable oil. After frying, pat the meat with paper towels, collecting excess fat.
  5. Pickle white onions, which are also used in cheeseburgers. Prepare a solution of 6% table vinegar and filtered water (equal proportions). Chop the onions in half rings, fill with liquid and leave for a quarter of an hour. When the product becomes fragrant and crispy, drain the solution. Start collecting cheeseburger.
  6. Sharpen the knife, cut the bun lengthwise into two parts. Apply the sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard) to the lower section. Place the cutlet on top, put a round slice of tomato of suitable diameter on it. Put a slice of cream cheese (toaster is ideal). Pickled onions and thin slices of pickles are placed on the cheese.

  1. Chop the fresh basil, chop the tomatoes in rings. Put the seasoning on the tomatoes, pour olive oil. Pepper, salt, put on a plate and put in the cold for 10 minutes.
  2. Cut the chicken into small cubes, break the egg to the composition. Salt, pepper, and pass the whole mixture through a meat grinder.
  3. Form cutlets, mash them in flour, send them to the freezer for 20 minutes. Then fry in vegetable oil until golden crust.
  4. Cut the bun along, spread the lower part with mayonnaise and ketchup (can be supplemented with mustard). Place a slice of tomato with fresh basil on the first half, put the lettuce, and cutlet on it.
  5. Place a slice of cheese on the chicken meat, put the cheeseburger in the microwave for 2 minutes. When the composition melts, cover the contents with the second half of the bun (pre-lubricated with sauce).

  • Iceberg lettuce leaves - 5 pcs.
  1. Wash, peel the mushrooms, chop them along the legs into thin slices. Peel the onion, chop it with thin plates.Prepare the minced meat, add finely chopped mushrooms and onions to it. Salt, pepper, add your favorite spices to taste.
  2. Divide the whole mass into 10 equal sections, roll from each cutlet. Squeeze a little to give shape. Put in the freezer for a quarter of an hour, start cooking the sauce.
  3. Take a deep container, combine in it yogurt, vinegar, ketchup, spices. Salt, pepper. Form the meatballs, giving them the necessary shape.
  4. Prepare a frying pan with non-stick coating, pour oil into it, heat it. Fry the patties over medium heat until cooked (about 3-4 minutes). After the heat treatment, place the sliced ​​cheese on the prepared meat.

  1. Squeeze garlic, chop fresh dill, beat eggs. Combine the ingredients, add your favorite seasonings, salt and pepper. Mix the mass with minced meat, knead the meat until smooth.
  2. Prepare plastic lids for closing the cans. Put the minced meat in them and tamp. After forming the cakes, remove them from the lids.
  3. Spread baking paper on a baking sheet, grease it with vegetable oil. Put the patties at a distance of 3 cm from each other.
  4. Lubricate the surface of the patties with ketchup, put onion rings on top. Re-apply ketchup, then lay out the circles of tomatoes. Finish the ingredients with a mixture of mayonnaise.

  1. As a sauce for a cheeseburger, you can use absolutely any composition. Mustard, garlic mixture, ketchup with mayonnaise, Caesar, tartar will do. In addition, many housewives prefer to make the sauce with their own hands. It is enough to add seasonings, herbs, garlic, etc. to mayonnaise.
  2. Not everyone succeeds in forming a cutlet of the desired shape. The plastic cover will help to solve the problem. Lubricate the device with vegetable oil in advance, put the minced meat, send it to the freezer. After partial freezing, remove and fry.
  3. It is generally accepted that Cheddar cheese is used for a cheeseburger, but you can choose a different product of hard varieties. Cream cheese is added "for everybody", come from your own preferences and wishes of the family.
