How to make lipstick at home

To ultimately get a lipstick of the right density, make sure that it contains wax (30%), solid oils (40%), liquid oils (30%). In this case, a difference in proportions is allowed, which varies by 3-7%.

Homemade lipstick: materials and tools

• spoons with a dispenser;
• 5-8 ml syringe .;

2. Melt the ingredients on the stove, in the microwave or with a candle. Throughout the heat treatment, observe the process, the components should not boil.
3. Into the already melted hot mass, enter ampoule vitamins, aromatic composition, dyes, flavor enhancers (optional). Stir until homogeneous, dial it with a syringe.
4. Leave the lipstick in a cool place until it hardens. Once the compound has set, cut off the edge of the syringe with a sharp knife. Carefully push the lipstick out, move it into the tube.
5. The container should be upright. To prevent leakage of the composition, line the bottom of the container for storage with foil. Do not fill the tube with lipstick completely, after hardening, the cosmetics will increase in volume.
6. Wait for the final hardening. For best results, move the tube to the door or to the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.

Lipstick recipes

Jojoba Matte Lipstick
Take 12 gr.classic beeswax and 8 gr. candelilla. Melt steamed or in the microwave, pour 3 ml. Jojoba ester, 2 ml. patchouli ether and 5 ml. castor oil. In a separate container, combine 7 ml. almond oil with 70 gr. zinc oxide (mica must be present in the composition). Add 4 gr. titanium dioxide, stir until smooth. Connect with the first composition, put it back on the stove. Cook for 1 minute, then draw into a syringe and cool. Move to a tube, send to the refrigerator.

Chocolate Flavored Lipstick
Take 10 ml. cocoa butter, 8 ml. Shea butter, 12 gr. beeswax. Melt the composition, pour 5 drops of avocado oil, 1 ml. wheat germ oil. Rub into the composition of 3 gr. dark chocolate or replace it with 1.5 kg. cocoa powder. Add 2 drops of ginger or grapefruit ether. Knead, cool, put in a tube from under the old lipstick. Keep in the refrigerator.

Lipstick with Vitamin E
The recipe is rightfully considered the simplest. You will need to mix 3 gr. any wax with 3 ml. patchouli oil, 1 ml. jojoba oil and 3 ml. cocoa butter. Melt the product, enter 2 ampoules of the pharmaceutical “Aevita”. If desired, replace the last component with 3 drops of tocopherol (liquid vitamin E). Add any flavorings and sweeteners. Gather the mass into the syringe, cool, transfer to the vial.

Red lipstick
Take 10 gr. cocoa butter, 12 g. beeswax. Melt the mixture using a microwave or water bath. Carefully introduce half a drop of red dye (food grade), mix with a wooden stylus. If there is no pigment of the desired color, replace it with 1 g. beetroot powder. Gather the mass with a syringe, let cool, place in a pre-prepared tube.

Burgundy lipstick

Clear lipstick
Take 7 gr. peach oil and 3 gr. patchouli oil (can be replaced with jojoba). Add 8 gr. beeswax or palm wax, melt the ingredients on the stove or in the microwave. Add 6 ml. jojoba oil, 6 ml. vitamin E (in ampoules), 2 ml. Vitamin A (in ampoules). Stir, draw into a syringe, cool, transfer to a tube.

Herpes Lipstick
Take 3 p. palm and 8 gr. beeswax, melt the products in a convenient way, without boiling. Pour in 4 ml. jojoba oil, 2 ml. patchouli oil, 6 ml. liquid vitamin E (tocopherol). Add 2 drops of rosemary, geranium or ginseng ester if desired. Gather the liquid mass with a syringe, wait for cooling and solidification. Carefully remove, hold in a tube from under the old lipstick.
