- Ammonia and sea salt. Pour 4.5-5 liters of water into an enameled pan, add 65 gr. ammonia and 90 gr. crushed sea salt. Put on the stove and bring to a boil, cool. Place the legs in the bath for 10 minutes, after the procedure, wipe the feet with a soft towel and brush with cream. You can also make a bath without the use of ammonia, in which case dilute 200 g in 5 liters of water. sea salt.
- Medicinal herbs. For the preparation of such a bath, you can use absolutely any medicinal plants, but it is worth focusing on a string, chamomile, sage, bark of birch and oak, plantain. Soft Heel Scrubs

- Lemon and Kiwi. Pass 1 kiwi and 1 lemon through the combine / meat grinder / blender, add 25 gr. salt and 55 gr. chopped apricot kernels. Massage the heels with this compound, wrap your feet with cling film or put on shoe covers, leave for half an hour.
- Citrus fruits and almonds. To prepare a gentle peeling, you will need to chop a handful of almonds or peanuts into pieces. After that, peel 1 orange / grapefruit, dry it and crumble too. Mix both formulations with each other, add sour cream or yogurt.
- Sugar and Cocoa. To prepare a hard scrub for heavily neglected heels, you need to take 55 gr. cane sugar, 20 gr. natural cocoa, 1 medium-sized tomato and 35 ml. burdock oil. It is enough to mix the components in a blender or meat grinder, then proceed with the procedure.
- Walnut and honey. Grind the shell of 5 nuts with a hammer so that there are no sharp edges on the particles. Next, grind the kernels and add to the shell, pour 30 ml. liquid honey, 25 ml. castor oil and 15 gr. soda. Rub well with a fork, use as directed.
- Sour cream and lemon. Carefully remove the peel from citrus, dry it in the oven, grind it with a hammer and mix with sour cream. Grate heels with lemon fruit, put on bags or shoe covers, leave for half an hour. At the end of time, scrub and rinse the composition with water.
Homemade masks for heels
Do not be lazy to prepare masks several times a week after taking aromatic baths and applying scrubs.
- Zucchini and butter. Grind zucchini or eggplant in a convenient way until porridge forms, pour in a little vegetable oil, mix. Put the composition on a cotton cloth, wrap the compress on the heels, wrap the legs with polyethylene. Wait at least 40 minutes.
