What is pumpkin oil good for?

The oil manufacturing process consists of five stages:
- Seeds must first be dried, preferably in the sun. Then one kilogram of pumpkin seeds is peeled.

- The tank warms up on fire for several minutes. Do not boil.
- Water drains, seeds are crushed. To do this, you can use a meat grinder, combine or blender.
- The mass is laid out in a pre-prepared cheesecloth, folded in four layers, and manually wrung out. The oil is ready.
From one kilogram of pumpkin seeds, about 150 grams of oil is obtained. Of course, this is not enough, but for treatment or cosmetic procedures is enough.
Storage and use of pumpkin oil
Making oil from pumpkin seeds by yourself is not all; you need to learn how to store it correctly so that the product does not lose its healing properties. Cool rooms with dark places are ideal for oil. Heat and light adversely affect the quality and properties of the pumpkin product.
- Oil is widely used in folk medicine, healers advise taking it three times a day, one teaspoon immediately before meals.

Contraindications
