While boiling water, prepare the vegetables. Rinse potatoes in the amount of 6 cubic meters, peel, chop. Peel and grate the carrots, chop the onion head.

- Wait a few minutes. Then finely chopped sorrel should be introduced into the soup. Boil the ingredients for about 6 minutes on a lazy fire. Dice the boiled eggs in cubes. Add them to the soup just before serving. Pour in fresh herbs.
Cabbage soup with sorrel without meat
