Wrap Stages
- Steaming the skin. To achieve maximum results, steam your skin in advance. To do this, take a hot bath with herbs or a shower. If possible, visit the sauna or bathhouse. In combination with water procedures, cleansing can also be performed.
- Skin cleansing. Before the main procedures, clean the skin. To do this, rub the stomach with a washcloth clockwise. When redness appears, apply a scrub. Massage the skin of the treated area, then rinse. Such a course will open the pores, as a result of which the epidermis will be cleansed at all levels. The composition will penetrate much faster.
- Application of the mixture. Not everyone knows how to do weight loss wraps correctly. Many mistakenly wrap a dry stomach with a film and wait for incredible results. First, a warming mixture is prepared, which penetrates the pores into the skin, removes fluid and burns fat. The composition is distributed over the stomach and sides with a thick layer, after which it is fixed with polyethylene. Do not wrap the film too tight so as not to disturb the circulation of blood.
- Creating a thermal effect. Next, you need to put on warm clothes and lie under the covers. Some ladies prefer to play sports with the film. This is not forbidden, but limit yourself to light gymnastics, an exercise bike, or brisk walking.
- The exposure time. The term of use depends on the mixture that you have prepared and applied in advance. Mustard must not be allowed to stand for longer than 40 minutes, as you risk a burn. - Use only a natural composition (balsamic, wine, apple). Choose a product with a concentration of 6-9%, not more.
- Before use, dilute 6% Auxus in 2 times, 9% in 3. Then dip the body bandages in the solution, squeeze them a little.
- Wrap the stomach and sides with a cloth, wrap yourself with cling film on top. The exposure time varies from 40 to 60 minutes. Focus on your health.
Option number 3. Mustard Wrap

- Cosmetic clay can be purchased everywhere. Give preference to the blue, pink, green, black, gray and red composition.
- In addition to the obvious properties of losing weight, clay makes stretch marks less noticeable. It restores skin elasticity and youth, prevents the accumulation of fluid.
- Before breeding clay must be sieved. Then it is poured with warm filtered water or milk. After which it is insisted for half an hour. After a given interval, it is necessary to lubricate the stomach and sides.
- Do not let the composition catch on with a crust, immediately cover the mask with a film. Hold for at least 40 minutes, then rinse with contrasting water and massage.
Option number 5. Coffee Wrap Belly

- After wrapping, lie down to rest, as a sharp loss of moisture is a strong stress for the body. Be sure to drink 400-500 ml. water in small sips.
