Method number 5. Storage of viburnum in the form of juice

- Stir the composition thoroughly, pour into a pre-sterilized glass or plastic container with a tight lid. The composition must be stored exclusively in the refrigerator.
- Another option for storing viburnum juice is also possible. Skip 1 kg. berries through a household appliance. Combine the juice of viburnum in an enameled container, 220 ml. filtered water and 300 gr. honey.
- Thoroughly mix the composition and send to the stove. Wait for the first bubbles to appear, then cook the mixture for another 8 minutes.
- Pack viburnum juice as described above, store in the refrigerator. The composition is also suitable for the manufacture of fruit drinks, jam, marmalade, compote and pastille.
Method number 6. Storage of viburnum in the form of tincture
- Combine in a common container (preferably a glass bottle) 100 ml. freshly squeezed viburnum juice, 470 ml. vodka, 90 ml. purified water and 110 gr. granulated sugar.
- Thoroughly mix the composition, leave to infuse at room temperature for 2 days. It is not necessary to close the container.
- After some time, pour the tincture into small bottles with tight-fitting lids. You can store anywhere, but away from direct sunlight.
Method number 7. Storing viburnum in the form of jam
- To diversify your homemade goodies, you will need 1 kg. berries, as much sugar and 500 ml. drinking water. To make jam, you need to combine washed viburnum and water.
- Send the composition in an enameled container to a medium heat. Boil the mixture for about 30 minutes. After the allotted time pour in granulated sugar, mix thoroughly, set the fire to minimum.
- Stew the mixture for another 40 minutes. Pour the composition into sterilized jars and roll up. Store recommended in a cool place.
Method number 8. Storage of viburnum in the form of jam
- Rinse and transfer 1.2 kg. viburnum. Combine 1.5 kg in a common container. granulated sugar and 450 ml. purified water. Send the container to the fire.
- Bring the composition to a homogeneous mass. Add viburnum to the syrup and mix thoroughly. Wait about 11 hours for the sweet composition to soak the berries.
