If the time has not come up yet, but you see that the cores are burning up, you need to urgently pull them out of the oven.

Microwave roasting

In this way, you can not cook a large number of nuts at once, but the hazelnuts are completely cooked - both outside and inside. At the stove you need to set the highest power on the timer. Cooked nuts should be poured into a container and covered with a lid. Then put the mold in the oven for about 7 to 10 minutes. As soon as the microwave is turned off, the hazelnuts should be removed and mixed thoroughly with a spatula. You can repeat the frying procedure, reducing the time to 4 - 5 minutes. The only drawback of this method of roasting can be considered the absence of a pronounced fried taste and smell.
