Blackberry. You can nursing mom, but with caution. A high content of vitamin C can provoke an allergy in a baby. But potassium and folic acid, which are part of the composition, are very useful in the first months of a child’s life.

Bananas Despite the fact that this fruit is exotic, you can eat it from the first days of breastfeeding. Studies have shown that bananas are hypoallergenic. And they won’t bring harm to the child.

The only caveat: the fruits have some fixing effect. Therefore, be careful if the baby or you have constipation. And do not overeat. A pair of pieces per day will be enough.

Melon and watermelon. They help a nursing mother and baby to normalize the water-salt balance in the body. But very small doses are recommended. Because there is a high probability of edema.

And further. It is desirable that the melons were of their own production. Because in purchased melons and watermelons, the content of nitrates and pesticides is often too high. If on your site such melons do not grow, then it is better to refrain from eating during the period of breastfeeding.

Garnet. Despite the red color of the grains, this fruit can be eaten by a nursing mother. You need to start with a few grains per day, gradually increasing the dosage. Naturally, if the child's body responds adequately.

It is simply difficult to overestimate pomegranate juice by the content of vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

Gooseberries and currants. These berries almost never cause allergies. And, seemingly, seasonal, local - what else do you need? Eat from the heart, supply your baby with vitamins. Not. Just a little bit. Because their vitamin C content is very high. What this is fraught with, we already wrote.

Grapes But it can be eaten with breastfeeding. But only white or green. About blue, red and black will have to forget for a while. And of course not basins or bowls. Begin with a few berries per day.

Tip. Do not eat grapes like dessert to the main meal. This can provoke colic in the baby. Eat berries as a standalone dish. And do not forget to rinse your mouth. Because grape juice perfectly corrodes tooth enamel.

Or maybe juice?

Some mothers completely refuse to eat fresh fruits while breastfeeding. Prefer to drink juices. In principle, such an alternative takes place to be, but on certain conditions. Do not replace live fruits with store juices and nectars in boxes. From the real drink there is not much left. And this is unlikely to be a good replacement.

Juices for nursing mothers

But the nursing mother should not get carried away with the dried fruits. It is even better to completely abandon their use during breastfeeding. Many more dried fruits can cause constipation in crumbs. Is this also undesirable? If you really want to, then dry the fruit yourself. And it can only be apples, green grapes, bananas. Others are highly discouraged.
