- Pour the cereal into the multi-bowl and pour in the salted water. Close the lid on the appliance and languish for about a quarter of an hour on the "Porridge" function. Wait until all liquid has evaporated. If necessary, extend the cooking time.
- Chop the meat and toss it to the porridge. Add finely chopped onion and garlic cloves here. Roll the finished mass through a meat grinder. Insert raw eggs and knead thoroughly. Form cutlets and sprinkle flour on all sides.
