  2. In parallel, place in a sterile jar 20 boiled peeled eggs. Add the chopped beets to the same place. Pour the marinade over the eggs. Add a couple more garlic teeth, a tarragon branch and seasoning to choose from. Close the jar with a lid and, after cooling, send to the cold. After 3 days you can try.

Calcium Dressing

  1. To prepare an unusual dressing, you need a shell of quail eggs. Send it in a glass container and pour wine vinegar. Do not be scared when you see the presence of a chemical reaction in the form of violent hissing.
  2. As soon as the hissing is completely over, close the jar with a lid and leave for several days. After the specified time, strain the composition through a gauze cloth and combine with the same amount of vegetable oil. Stir in seasonings if desired.
