Causes of fruit darkening
- The peel in its features is not uniform in terms of pigmentation, you probably noticed it. Many of the fruits belonging to the same bunch have a completely different color. We will understand the intricacies.
- After gathering, the fruits first look yellowish with a slight greenish pigment. This tone lasts three days, sometimes longer.

- Three days after receiving yellowness, the shade changes and becomes much darker. As a rule, this happens 10 days after collecting. First, spots form, then the entire surface becomes black.
