- 3 medium potatoes;
- about 250 g of sorrel;
- 5 pieces of medium eggs;
- 2.5 liters of water;
- 100 ml sour cream.
Cooking:
- Pour the meat with cold water and simmer until cooked.
- Rinse greens with running water and chop with a knife.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes about 1 cm. Add to the boiling broth.
- When the potatoes are ready, add chopped sorrel. Boil for 1-2 minutes.
