Unfortunately, corn oil in Russia is less popular than sunflower. But it is not inferior in its properties to sunflower oil, and the cold-pressed product allows you to not lose its beneficial properties, namely, not to lose vitamin E. Cold-pressed preserves the natural structure of fat molecules, so they are easily and quickly absorbed by the human body.
A non-deodorized product cannot be stored for a long time, and oil subject to processing is stored for a long time, has a light shade, it is transparent and practically odorless. In dark glass containers, but without direct sunlight, at room temperature, such a product can be stored for up to 12 months.

It is important to add the product to homemade mashed potatoes made from vegetables or meat, as the finished product already contains a certain amount of fat.
