Folk remedies for black spots on the face

Black dots are a real obsession, which is not so easy to get rid of. Most often they are localized on the chin, forehead and wings of the nose, since these areas of the skin secrete the most sebaceous fat. Black dots, gums, blackheads are the names of the same cosmetic defect that occurs against the background of an imbalance in the normal functioning of the skin. Black spots may appear on the face due to too oily skin type, poor-quality care, hormonal changes, disruptions in the intestines, malnutrition and many other factors.

Folk remedies for black spots on the face

It is very important to understand what the black dots are. As a rule, some areas of the face produce a large amount of sebum. If the upper stratum corneum of the skin is not removed in time by peeling, it does not allow the fat to go outside. As a result, sebum is collected in the pore. If there was a microbe or bacterium inside the pore, this leads to inflammation - this is how the pimple develops. If there were no microorganisms, the fat simply accumulates, the time expands. But why do the pores turn black, because the sebum is light? The fact is that fat, colliding with oxygen on the surface, simply oxidizes, therefore, it acquires such a dark color. To get rid of this scourge and cleanse your face, you need to know how to deal with black dots. The best anti-comedone product is pre-steam cleaning.

Cleansing your face from black dots

Many professional cosmetologists say that mechanical cleaning helps to get rid of black spots best of all. This is only later, when the skin is cleaned, it can be treated for increased fat content, narrow pores and perform other procedures. And now, when the points are already in stock, the face needs to be cleaned. But it is very important to do it right.

  1. We remove makeup, we will do steaming the skin. Steaming can not be done with rosacea, the procedure is prohibited in contact lenses - remember this. In the cosmetologist’s office there is a special device, a steamer, but at home an ordinary basin with hot water is suitable. Keep your face above the warm (not hot!) Steam for at least 10 minutes. This will allow the skin to become soft and the pores to open. To enhance the effect, instead of plain water, you can use decoctions of herbs - calendula, chamomile, St. John's wort.
  2. After thoroughly steaming, wipe the skin with a dry cloth and start cleaning. In beauty parlors there is a special tool that squeezes the contents of the pores and does not injure the skin. You can try to clean your face without it - do not press on the skin with your nails, but squeeze a black dot through a piece of clean cloth. In general, if the skin is well steamed, it will not be very difficult - the comedy will come out even with slight pressure.
  3. If you do not want to clean your skin mechanically, you can use a gelatin mask with the addition of activated carbon and a decoction of calendula. Prepare a very strong broth of calendula - a tablespoon of the plant for half a glass of boiling water. Dissolve a teaspoon of gelatin and 2 tablets of powdered activated carbon in a warm strained broth. Leave the mixture in a warm place until the gelatin swells. Then apply the black mixture to the problem areas of the skin.
  4. When the mask dries, it must be removed very carefully. The composition dries so that it can be removed with a whole film, from the inside of which you can see small rods - this is skin fat from the pores. The fact is that when the mask is in a liquid state, it penetrates deep into the pores. Calendula disinfects the skin inside the pores, charcoal absorbs sebum, and gelatin seizes all the contents for excretion. After removing the mask, you will find healthy skin with deeply cleansed pores. You can wipe your face with alcohol-based lotion to further disinfect the pores.
  5. The final stage after cleansing the skin is rubbing with ice cubes. This is very important because the enlarged pores need to be narrowed. Ice will help to do this.

In the end, you can apply a light nourishing cream to the skin. Do not use very fatty and heavy creams - they clog pores and lead to the re-formation of comedones. Such cleaning should not be done often - only in case of extreme skin lesions with black dots.

Masks from black dots on the face

After steaming and cleaning, the pores are opened. If you apply the mask at this moment, its effectiveness will be enhanced at times. Here are some useful and effective formulations that will help you get rid of black dots once and for all.

Masks from black dots on the face

  1. Lemon, oatmeal, kefir. Mix lemon juice, kefir and oatmeal in equal proportions. Apply the composition to the face and massage them for at least 10 minutes. This is a kind of scrub that not only removes the upper dead skin layer, but also removes black dots. Lemon corrodes keratinized epidermis, oatmeal grains, like mechanical cleaning, remove all dirt and gums. Kefir softens the skin and moisturizes it. Remember, skin scrubbing should be permanent - once a week you need to remove the upper layers of the epidermis, which have already "outlived their own."
  2. Salt and baking soda. Mix the two ingredients to make slurry and apply to problem skin. Hold the mask until it dries and then rinse with warm water. Salt softens the contents of the pore, and soda pushes everything out.
  3. Clay and aloe. Clay in liquid form penetrates perfectly into the pores, but for greater effectiveness, clay should not be dissolved in water, but in aloe juice. The resulting mixture, apply a mask of white powder on the face and wait until the composition dries. After washing off the mask, you will find that there are much less black dots.
  4. Tincture of birch buds. Birch buds have a pronounced anti-inflammatory and bactericidal property. A tablespoon of young birch buds should be poured with alcohol and infused in a dark place for at least three weeks, periodically shaking the bottle with tincture. Then the composition is filtered and diluted in half with water. The prepared homemade lotion should be wiped on the face in the morning and in the evening. After 10-14 days, you will notice that there are much less black dots.
  5. Honey. This is a great tool against black dots. But in order for honey to have a beneficial effect on the skin, it is preheated. Apply a thin layer of warm honey on your face and leave for 20 minutes. If you mix honey with sugar and lemon juice, you get a wonderful scrub.

Make these masks and alternate their use, perhaps one of them will seem to you especially effective.

Masks and cleansers are not all that your skin needs. Regularly monitor and care for the epidermis - do a peeling, thoroughly clean your skin from makeup every night. Pay attention to nutrition - acne and black spots often come from greasy and processed foods. If the skin has deteriorated so badly, then you cannot deal with the problem yourself - do not hesitate to consult a doctor. It will help identify the true cause of a cosmetic defect and cleanse the skin.
