The well-known berry of sea buckthorn is widely used in medicine, in the kitchen and in the cosmetic industry. It has many health benefits, one of which is to increase immunity due to its high content of vitamin C.

Useful properties and contraindications of sea buckthorn oil

Sea buckthorn oil is made from berries - small orange fruits the size of peas growing on branches of a bush or tree. Therefore, 100% undiluted oil cannot be cheap. It has a characteristic fruity aroma and intense orange color due to its high content of vitamin A.
