Fans of mushrooms know firsthand how important it is to collect and bring the “right” crop. It is understood as a delicacy that is suitable for consumption in food and does not harm human health. Today we look at the Polish mushroom, which is otherwise called brown or pansky. Another name is the flywheel.   1. In terms of their overall features, the presented specimens are not huge. The length of the fungus grows up to 15 cm., The same can be said about the diameter (it is slightly smaller). The pulp is bluish, then it brightens. The part that went with the knife, originally blue, then painted in violet-gray with a red tint.
  6. The leg of the fungus is about 4-10 cm long, sometimes more. In width, it varies from 1 to 4 cm. It is painted with a brownish, brownish or light beige tone. In the lower part, the trunk is light, darkens in the middle and brightens again towards the upper section. If you click on the leg, it will acquire a bluish tone. In its format, the base is cylindrical, then narrows, then expands, resembles waves.

  3. Flywheels mainly grow in coniferous forests. In a sense, they form a symbiosis with the root system of various plants. Mushrooms are also often found under spruce and pine trees. They can be found in mixed forests and among deciduous trees.
  4. In most cases, Polish mushrooms are found under beech, chestnut, oak, pine or spruce. The most favorable soil for them is sandstone, moss and the base of trees. Separately, it is worth mentioning that mushrooms can grow singly or in small groups.

  4. Consider, if you are going to cook a product, it is best to use a large container with enamel coating. Pour mushrooms with water and send to cook. As soon as the water boils, change it to a new one.
