Cedar oil occupies a leading position among similar products. The thing is that the composition includes a lot of valuable elements for a person, even after processing. An incredible aftertaste and a light aroma distinguish oil from competitors. In addition, the product has undeniable benefits when used properly.
Cooking Options

As a result of cold pressing, all valuable substances are preserved. After receiving the oil, it is filtered, cake is excluded. The final composition has a rich dark shade, soft structure, light cedar smell. Since the oil is not subjected to additional processing, the composition is absorbed faster by the body and rarely causes side effects.
- Hot cycle. This method differs from the previous one in that the extrusion of oil is carried out with additional heat treatment. So, the kernels are immersed in boiling water, then they begin to compress. The output is 2 times more raw materials suitable for use. The downside is that as a result of this cooking cycle, some of the minerals and vitamins are destroyed. However, the oil is still healthy, odorless, with a mild flavor, a light shade. Most often, oil is prepared by hot pressing, which will later be used for cosmetic or medical purposes.
- Extraction. The technique is considered to be the most merciless in relation to the direct process of manufacturing raw materials. First, knead cedar nuts, then immerse them in a container with a chemical solution. The composition draws out all fatty acids, is filtered off. Only then residual oil is extracted from the raw material. The technique does not require special expenses, the output is a large volume of the product, in which there is a small proportion of cedar oil.
