Chamomile oil for dry hair
Any cosmetic oil perfectly affects dry hair, because it contains a huge amount of vitamin E, which nourishes and restores the hair shaft. Chamomile oil can be used to revitalize dull, dry and damaged hair. The procedure is especially useful for treating dry and brittle hair after unsuccessful bleaching, burnout in the sun, and exposure to salt water. Surely you noticed that after a vacation the strands seem stiff, like a washcloth? The negative effects of ultraviolet and salt have a very detrimental effect on curls, the scales of the hair trunk open, the strands become difficult to comb, the hair does not take the desired shape even after styling. You can reanimate strands using the following recipe.
- Oil can be used both as a separate product, and in combination with other oils. Fatty coconut, almond and peach oil are suitable for treating dry hair. The ingredients should be mixed in porcelain. Do not use metal when working with oil - the product may oxidize.
- The oil or oil mixture should be slightly heated. Warm oil more willingly gives hair all its beneficial properties. In no case do not heat the oil over an open fire - it will become useless. It is better to heat it in a water bath or just put a container of oil in a cup of hot water.
- Apply oil to dry hair, in stages and carefully, so as not to drip clothes. You can do this with your fingers, a cotton pad, comb - take what you prefer to use. Apply the oil completely to the hair - this means to process and thoroughly wet each curl.
- Then the strands need to be thoroughly combed. Do this carefully - oily hair can stretch and become damaged at the same time. After combing, collect the curls in a bundle on the top of the head.
- Leave the oil for a couple of hours. During this time, the composition of the mask will penetrate deeply into the structure of the hair and have a therapeutic effect.
- Rinse off the mask several times using a good shampoo. Make at least three lathers to thoroughly rinse the oil from the hair. This will ensure the freshness and friability of curls.
- At the end of the procedure, the curls can be rinsed with a decoction of chamomile or nettle.
After the first procedure, you will notice that the curls have become much softer, supple and silky. If you have dry hair, you can add egg yolk, kefir, fat sour cream, other cosmetic oils, fruit juice and pulp, vitamins A and E in ampoules to the composition of the masks. All these components will help you breathe life into dull tows and turn them into flowing curls.
Chamomile oil for oily hair
It is believed that oils are not used in the fight against oily hair. However, it is not. Some oils have excellent healing properties to suppress the activity of the sebaceous glands. Chamomile oil is no exception. It is not very oily, it does not clog pores on the scalp. With proper use of oil, it is easy to wash off, after which the hair will appear friable, fresh and well-groomed.
For oily hair, chamomile oil is better not to combine with oils. It can be used both separately and in combination with other ingredients. For oily hair, egg whites, oatmeal, and lemon are perfect. If oily hair is accompanied by dandruff, be sure to supplement the mask with aloe juice or a nettle broth. Do not be afraid of a large number of ingredients - they do not interfere with each other, each of the components does its job. For example, oatmeal perfectly absorbs excess sebum, lemon refreshes the hair and gives it a pleasant citrus aroma, disinfects aloe, nettle inhibits inflammation and the development of fungus, proteins reduce the activity of the sebaceous glands, well, oil provides nourishment to oily hair, moisturizes and rejects it the need for constant production of your own sebum.
- Prepare a mask from the above ingredients, apply it on the hair, mainly on the roots and scalp.
- Gather hair in a bun, wrap with cling film. Leave the mask for a few hours - the longer you keep it, the more powerful the effect you get.
- In the fight against oily hair, washing is considered a very important procedure that should be done according to the rules. In no case do not expose oily hair under a stream of water. Molecules of fat simply push water away, rinsing strands will become difficult.
- First, pour a tablespoon of shampoo and a little water into a small plastic container. Whip the foam and apply it on your hair. Try to foam your head. Molecules of soap composition perfectly adhere to fat, qualitatively washing it.
- After that, rinse your hair several times using shampoo. If the mask contains egg white, rinse your head with cool water. The fact is that from hot water the protein fibers will weld, it will be quite difficult to wash them out of the hair after that.
- Then rinse the strands with a solution of vinegar or lemon - this will give them freshness and make them silk.
To maintain the effect obtained from the mask, it must be repeated regularly.Preventively chamomile oil can be used once a week. This frequency is enough to maintain the beauty, strength and health of curls. If your hair is not oily or dry, but normal, oil can be combined with juice and pulp of vegetables, fruits and berries, and low-fat sour-milk products. Good nutrition to the scalp gives cucumber, watermelon, raw potato juice.
Some girls wonder why use chamomile oil, if you can prepare a decoction of this plant. Indeed, chamomile broth is very useful, however, the high temperature of boiling water kills part of the important components, the broth remains inferior. We can say that oil is a more useful and concentrated broth that can several times improve the expected results. Take care of your hair, look after and watch them, and then they will answer you with the smoothness of silk and the radiance of the moon!
