Palace Tomato was bred specifically for growing on podzolic soils of the outskirts of St. Petersburg. This is not very good soil that crops need. But this variety has adapted to the characteristics of such land. The conditions are quite severe. The weather does not please with its sun open from the clouds, the humidity there is moderate. Characteristic
The Palace variety loves warm regions. In cooler places it requires the use of polycarbonate or glass greenhouses and greenhouse shelters. On average, the height of the stem reaches about 120 centimeters.

Care
Before planting seedlings in the soil, it must be well fertilized. For this, humus, old manure and ash should be added. Granular fertilizers containing potassium and sodium are also added. Sawdust is sometimes added to create a looser soil. The soil should be warm, not lower than 12 degrees. Plants are planted according to the pattern of 30 * 40 centimeters.
Particular attention should be paid to fertilizing tomatoes, as well as frequent and timely watering. After transplanting seedlings into the soil, watering plants should begin from the seventh to tenth day. The water temperature should not be higher than 22 degrees, and not lower than 20 degrees. The soil should be irrigated under the root by a drop, water cannot be sprayed. Excessive moisture can cause plant disease. Watering is necessary in the morning, once every 3 to 4 days before flowering. After you need to water more often, since the fruits consume a large amount of liquid for growth and ripening.
The temperature in the greenhouse should not fall below 18 degrees. During the day, it is necessary to ventilate the greenhouse, thereby condensation will leave, and the stems, leaves and fruits will be dry.
