Storage

For longer storage, tomatoes are placed in cardboard or wooden boxes, covering them from daylight, and taken out in a cool room, not subject to dampness and mold. Periodically, it is necessary to sort out the tomatoes and ventilate, providing air access to the stored tomatoes.
