  2. Slice the prepared peel of oranges in strips and place in a suitable container. Fill the contents with cool water, leave the product to soak overnight. Keep in mind that fluid changes must be carried out every 3-4 hours. Thus, bitterness in jam will be completely eliminated.
  3. For the allotted time, the zest will curl up a bit, this is what we need. Drain the container, prepare the needle and a strong thread. Fold the peel into a circle. Pass a thread through the zest to secure the result. As a result, you will get "beads." Send prepared raw materials to the pot.

  1. It is necessary to prepare oranges for further manipulations. To do this, rinse them under the tap and get rid of plaque with soda. Pour boiling water, remove the zest. Remove the white bitterness layer.
  2. Now prepare the thread and thread it into the needle. Chop the zest with strips 1.5–2 cm wide. Twist each segment into a roll, pierce with a needle and put on a thread.
  3. Make a knot to fix the curl. Now repeat the manipulations with another piece of peel. When all the elements are ready, send the peel into a basin of ice water.
